所谓人岗相宜、科学合理的人员配置模式 ,就是要将合适的人配置到合适的岗位上 ,做到人岗相宜 ,人尽其才 ,才尽其用。面对保险公司内部人力资源管理现状和诸多挑战 ,人力资源管理必须转变职能。本文通过对当前保险行业人力资源管理面临的挑战及构筑科学合理的人员配置模式是人力资源管理效能充分发挥和实现职能转变的有效途径进行论述 ,提出了构筑人岗相宜 ,科学合理的人员配置模式。
The so-called reasonable man-made, scientific and rational staffing mode, is to deploy the right people to the right positions, so that people affordable, make the best use, make the best use. Faced with the status quo and many challenges of human resource management within insurance companies, human resource management must change its functions. In this paper, the current challenges faced by the insurance industry human resources management and building a scientific and rational staffing pattern is the effective way to give full play to the effectiveness of human resource management and to achieve functional changes, put forward to build a reasonable, scientific and reasonable staffing mode .
