1964年4月到10月间,冶金部基建司组织建筑研究院和武汉建筑研究所到马鞍山、武汉、鞍山、太原、临汾等五个地方作了一次高炉重矿渣应用情况的调查。不少设计、施工和生产单位的同志对重矿渣在工程中应用的问题十分关切:重矿渣目前堆得太多了,能不能在工程中大量地使用呢?会不会发生问题呢?从这次调查到的材料中,我们可以看出,在建筑工程中可以大量应用重矿渣是肯定的。调查组在鞍山调查到了大批20~30年前应用重矿渣的工业建筑物和构筑物,应甩的范围从一般的混凝土工程到受热的、受震的、有防水要求的工程以及道路、铁路工程,用的效果也普通是良好的。通常担心的所谓后期矿渣分解的问题,锈蚀钢筋的问题和耐久性的问题,一个例子也没有遇到。调查组还专就重矿渣在工程中应用的各种使用性能引用各地的研究资料和实际调查材料作了比较清楚的说明,拜对开采加工重矿渣和在工程中应用重矿渣的经济效果同应用普通石材作了具体比较。证明重矿渣在技术上是成熟的、可靠的,在经济上也是合理的。我们希望,这些材料对各地推广应用重矿渣的工作能有所帮助。
From April to October 1964, the Construction Research Institute of the Ministry of Metallurgical Construction Organization and the Wuhan Institute of Architecture conducted a survey of blast furnace heavy slag application in Maanshan, Wuhan, Anshan, Taiyuan and Linyi. Many comrades in design, construction and production units are very concerned about the application of heavy slag in the project: heavy slag is currently being piled up too much, can it be used in large quantities in the project? Will there be any problems? Among the surveyed materials, we can see that it is certain that heavy slag can be used in construction projects. The investigation team investigated a large number of industrial buildings and structures that applied heavy slag 20 to 30 years ago in Anshan. The scope of rejection should range from general concrete works to heated, shock-resistant, waterproof-required projects and roads and railways. The effect is also generally good. The problem of so-called late slag decomposition, the problem of rusted steel bars and the problem of durability, is often not a concern. The investigation team also made a clear explanation on the various application properties of heavy slag used in the project by referring to the research data and actual survey materials. The economic effects of the heavy slag mining and processing and the application of heavy slag in the project are also applied. General stone made a concrete comparison. Prove that the heavy slag is technically mature, reliable, and economically reasonable. We hope that these materials will help promote the application of heavy slag in various places.
