邵阳市小学学生中纪律与品德方面存在的问题是最重的,也是有代表性的。市教育科重视了这一问题,组织了视察,并采取了一些具体措施,这是好的。我们希望全省各级教育行政部门和学校,深入下去,就这一问题进一步从儿童的年龄和个性特征、学校规章制度,教师教导的方式方法、课外和校外活动的安排等方面进行更全面细致地了解,分析原因,研究解决办法,并及时总结经验,寄给本刊,以便研究发表。
The problems in the discipline and moral character of primary school students in Shaoyang are the most important and representative. The Municipal Education Department paid attention to this issue, organized inspections and adopted some specific measures. This is good. We hope that education administrations and schools at all levels in the province will go deeper and further elaborate on this issue from children’s age and personality characteristics, school rules and regulations, methods of teacher’s teaching, arrangements for extracurricular and extracurricular activities, and more.
