简要介绍了筛网旋流器的基本工作原理。通过对入料压力、底流口大小和溢流管插入深度3个影响因素进行了正交试验设计,同时利用正交分析法得出结论。结果表明:影响筛网旋流器分级粒度大小的主要因素为溢流管插入深度,底流口和溢流管插入深度交互作用显著。
The basic principle of mesh cyclone is introduced briefly. Orthogonal experimental design was carried out on the three influencing factors of inlet pressure, the size of the underflow and the depth of the overflow pipe insertion, and the conclusion was obtained by the orthogonal analysis. The results show that the main factor influencing the grading size of the sieve cyclone is the depth of the overflow pipe insertion, and the interaction between the underflow and the depth of the overflow pipe is significant.
