在14条开胸犬冠状动脉左前降支上造成重度狭窄,切断双侧颈迷走神经。分别观察破坏和刺激心交感神经对心肌缺血区血液流变特性的影响。破坏心交感神经后,红细胞聚集性增高,变形能力降低。刺激交感神经后,红细胞聚集性明显降低。结果提示,冠脉狭窄导致急性心肌缺血时,交感神经兴奋有利于改善缺血区血液流变特性异常,改善微循环。
Severe stenosis caused by left anterior descending coronary artery in 14 thoracotomy dogs, bilateral cervical vagus nerve was severed. The effects of destroying and stimulating the cardiac sympathetic nerve on the blood rheology of ischemic myocardium were observed. After damaging the cardiac sympathetic nerve, the erythrocyte aggregation increases and the deformability decreases. After stimulating the sympathetic nerve, the erythrocyte aggregation was significantly reduced. The results suggest that coronary stenosis lead to acute myocardial ischemia, sympathetic stimulation is conducive to improving the ischemic hemorheology abnormalities, improve microcirculation.
