做任何事情都要讲规矩、讲纪律,对学校教育来讲同样如此,要想保证课堂教学效果,前提要做好课堂纪律管理。良好的课堂纪律是有效课堂管理的基础,对于纪律管理,一直以来很多教师反复强调但始终没有收获良好成效,本文从小学语文教师和班主任角度出发论述如何实施小学课堂教学纪律管理,并从四个方面开展论述:言传身教,培养纪律意识;合理应对,维护学生自尊;表扬比拼,激发荣誉意识;追本溯源,改进教学方法。
Do everything to rule, discipline, school education in terms of the same, in order to ensure the effectiveness of classroom teaching, the premise should do classroom discipline management. Good classroom discipline is the basis of effective classroom management. For discipline management, many teachers have been emphasizing repeatedly but have not achieved good results. This article discusses how to implement discipline management of primary classroom teaching from the perspective of primary language teachers and class teachers, To carry out expositions: precept and example, to develop discipline awareness; reasonably coping with and safeguarding students’ self-esteem; praise Competition, to stimulate the sense of honor; trace the origin, improve teaching methods.
