目的:建立一种快速,简便的改良离子选择电极法用于水样中硝酸盐氮的测定。方法:利用带有统计功能的计算器对离子选择电极法测定数据进行处理可以直接得到水样中硝酸盐氮浓度。结果:该方法对所得测定数据直接用带统计功能的计算器进行方法学处理,不需要建立标准曲线。方法的线性范围为0.15 mg/L~50 mg/L,相关系数r=0.9995,检出限0.045 mg/L,相对标准偏差分别为3.4%和3.5%,平均回收率102%。结论:用于实际水样中痕量硝酸盐氮的测定,并与国标法-麝香草酚分光光度法比较,结果满意。
Objective: To establish a rapid and simple modified ion selective electrode method for the determination of nitrate nitrogen in water samples. Methods: Using the calculator with statistical function to process the data of the ion selective electrode method, the concentration of nitrate nitrogen in the water sample can be directly obtained. Results: The method of the measurement data obtained directly with a statistical function of the calculator for methodological treatment, do not need to establish a standard curve. The linear range of the method was 0.15 mg / L ~ 50 mg / L, the correlation coefficient was 0.9995, the detection limit was 0.045 mg / L, the relative standard deviations were 3.4% and 3.5% respectively, and the average recoveries were 102%. Conclusion: The method was applied to the determination of trace amount of nitrate nitrogen in real water samples. Compared with GB-Thymol spectrophotometry, the results were satisfactory.
