随着雷达天线、通讯天线靶面的减小,靶面与载机机械安装定位面相对姿态精度要求提高,短基线微小角度测量难度越来越大,为此研究一种基于全站仪的非接触光学检测方法,解决短基线高精度姿态测量问题。给出了基于自准直靶面姿态测量的原理、操作方法、数据处理方法及精度检测。该方法已成功应用在某型飞机小靶面高精度姿态测量中,取得了很好的效果,可推广应用在其它小靶面姿态测量任务中。
With the reduction of the radar antenna and the communication antenna target surface, the relative attitude accuracy of the target surface and the carrier-mounted mechanical mounting positioning surface needs to be improved, and the measurement of the short baseline micro angle becomes more and more difficult. Therefore, Contact optical detection method to solve the short baseline high-precision attitude measurement problems. The principle, operation method, data processing method and accuracy detection based on attitude measurement of self-collimation target surface are given. The method has been successfully applied in high-precision attitude measurement of a small plane of a certain type of aircraft and has achieved good results and can be widely applied to other small target attitude measurement tasks.
