目的探讨枳朴方中空栓在预防和治疗术后肠麻痹方面的作用机制。方法选用雌性大鼠,切除子宫建立术后肠麻痹模型,采用Elisa试剂盒观察枳朴方中空栓对血清中胃动素(MTL)、胃泌素(Gas)和一氧化氮(NO)含量的影响。结果假手术对照组较空白对照组MTL、Gas含量略低,NO略高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);模型组较空白对照组MTL、Gas含量明显降低,NO明显增高(P<0.01);西沙必利中空栓组与枳朴方中空栓高剂量组较模型组MTL、Gas含量明显增高,NO明显降低(P<0.01);枳朴方中空栓低剂量组较模型组MTL、Gas含量增高,NO降低(P<0.05)。结论枳朴方中空栓能够提高术后肠麻痹大鼠血清中的MTL和Gas含量,降低NO含量,以达到调控胃肠运动的目的,可预防和治疗术后肠麻痹。
Objective To investigate the mechanism of action of the punctuate Poncirus Fang on the prevention and treatment of postoperative intestinal paralysis. Methods The female rats were selected and the uterus was resected to establish the model of intestinal paralysis. The Elisa kit was used to observe the changes of the content of motilin, gas and nitric oxide influences. Results Compared with the blank control group, the contents of MTL and Gas in the sham-operated control group were slightly lower than those in the blank control group, while the NO level was slightly higher (P> 0.05). Compared with the blank control group, the contents of MTL and Gas in the model group were significantly decreased <0.01). Compared with the model group, the MTX and Gas contents of cisapride budesonide group and taozhuo Piao Fang hollow suppository group were significantly increased (P <0.01) , Gas content increased, NO decreased (P <0.05). Conclusion Fructus Fung prescription hollow suppository can improve the content of MTL and Gas, decrease the content of NO in the serum of the rats with intestinal paralysis after operation, so as to achieve the purpose of regulating gastrointestinal motility and prevent and treat postoperative intestinal paralysis.
