林蛙俗称蛤士蟆,营养滋补价值较高。现将人工养殖的有关技术介绍如下。1.生态环境要求(1)水源条件。无污染的溪水或自然井水。pH 值6.8～7.2。(2)土壤条件。pH 值6～8无污染的土壤均可,以砂土为好。 (3)生态环境。上层最好密植各种蔓生植物,如葡萄、丝瓜、青风藤、金银花等。棚架高2～3米。地面种植喜阴花卉、药材、果树、苗木和蔬菜,既有遮阳、保温的生态效应,又能吸引和孳生昆虫,为林蛙提供丰富的天然饵料。
