作为重要的粘结材料——水玻璃,在焊接材料生产过程中,其计量的准确性和稳定性对焊接材料的质量将产生直接影响。目前,国内在水玻璃输送计量方面普遍采用两种传统的方法: 通过人工控制联通器实现水玻璃的计量;采用一定体积的容器来计量水玻璃。这两种方法不仅计量精度和稳定性得不到保证,而且还会造成了环境污染和材料的浪费。国外在水玻璃输送计量方面虽然基本上实现了全封闭半自动化,但也存在着某些不足,如:水玻璃的输送和计量不是同步进行、每次的水玻璃加入量仍由人来控制、结构过于复杂等。因此,为了尽快改变国内落后的面貌,同时,借鉴国外的成功经验,哈尔滨焊接研究所专门为焊接材料行业研制了一种结构简单、操作灵活方便的HJ—1型水玻璃自动输送计量系统。

Therefore, in order to change the domestic backwardness as soon as possible, at the same time, learn from the successful experience of other countries, Harbin Institute of Welding specifically for the welding material industry has developed a simple structure, flexible operation and convenient HJ-1-type water glass automatic delivery metering system.
