婺源产茶历史悠久,约有一千七百余年。索有“茶乡”之称。“婺绿”是我国主要传统外销茶之一,品质优异,驰名中外。了解“婺绿”的历史,对于指导我们今天的茶叶生产是大有裨益的。一、“婺绿”溯源婺源早在唐代以前就出产茶叶。据唐力新《茶的传布》所载:“汉朝茶叶传到江苏、浙江一带,江南初次饮茶始于三国”。陈椽教授指出:“在公元二世纪时,饮茶和种茶已流传到江苏,浙江和皖南茶区(婺源属皖南)。以此,婺源产茶当始于三国两晋之间。至
