为了顺应培养卓越工程师的时代要求,提高应用型本科院校毕业设计的质量,以土建类专业为研究对象,构建了毕业设计的团队指导模式。研究表明,团队指导模式是毕业设计的有效形式,不仅提高了学生的综合素质,提升了青年教师的教学与科研水平,而且明显提高了教学质量,特别是毕业设计的质量。
In order to adapt to the requirements of cultivating excellent engineers and improve the quality of graduation design in applied undergraduate colleges and universities, this paper constructs a team instruction model of graduation project taking civil engineering as the research object. The research shows that the team guide mode is an effective form of graduation design, which not only improves the overall quality of students, enhances the teaching and research level of young teachers, but also obviously improves the quality of teaching, especially the quality of graduation design.
