高速公路路面基层大部分采用水泥稳定碎石基层,但配合比与施工质量控制不好,易产生裂缝等质量隐患,造成严重后果。文章以泗许高速淮北段骨架密实型水泥稳定碎石基层施工为例,介绍了它的配合比设计优化基本思路、方法及步骤和施工质量控制等工作对水泥稳定碎石基层裂缝的控制。
Most of the basic pavement of the highway pavement adopts the cement stabilized macadam base, but the quality control is not good with the mixture ratio and construction quality, and cracks and other quality problems are easily caused, causing serious consequences. Taking the construction of the skeleton solidification macadam base of Huaibei section of Sixu high speed as an example, the paper introduces the control of the crack of the cement stabilized macadam base by the basic ideas, methods and steps of the mixture ratio design and optimization and the construction quality control.
