一、概况我厂是中国船舶工业总公司系统所属的大型骨干企业,随着经济体制改革的进一步深化和社会主义市场经济体制的不断完善,企业的发展面临着许多新的矛盾和新的问题,诸如:产品单一、冗员繁多、劳动生产率低、市场适应能力较差等等。尤其是当前船价低迷,成本日益趋升的情况下,企业很难满足生存求发展的需要。从国际上成功的大企业的经营实践看,“多种经营”是一条成功的经验。多年来,工厂将发展多种经营作为企业
I. Overview Our factory is a large-scale backbone enterprise under the China National Shipbuilding Corporation. With the further deepening of the economic system reform and the continuous improvement of the socialist market economic system, the development of enterprises faces many new conflicts and new problems. Such as: a single product, redundant staff, low labor productivity, poor market adaptability and so on. Especially in the current situation of low ship prices and rising costs, it is difficult for companies to meet the need for survival and development. Judging from the operating practices of large successful international companies, “diversity management” is a successful experience. Over the years, the factory has developed diversified operations as a business
