分析了气动执行器和电动执行器能量消耗过程,建立了气动执行器运行能耗计算模型,搭建了气动执行器和电动执行器的运行能耗实验系统.通过实验数据分析,得出两种执行器运行能耗的结论:①在长时间保持负载或作动不频繁的工况下,气动执行器比电动执行器更节能,在频繁作动的工况下,电动执行器比气动执行器更节能;②在各种工况下,气动执行器的运行功率波动不大,电动执行器的运行功率波动较大.
