行为导向教学法,其核心就是以职业活动为导向,以提高学生综合能力目标,让学生“学会学习、学会工作”而开展的一系列教学活动。行为导向教学法已被广泛应用于各学科教学体系中,在行为导向教学法驱动下探索符合学生实际的教学方法更是教学工作的重中之中。本文以《演讲与口才》课程中的《日常发言》一课,深入剖析行为导向教学法在教学中的应用,如何引导学生将理论与实践有机结合,促进学生的自主学习能力,以此提高教育教学效果,进而培养出符合社会需求的技能型人才。
