本文以灰色系统理论为基础,对影响中国网络零售市场交易规模的十大因素进行灰色关联度分析,从定量角度给出了中国网络零售市场交易规模影响关联因子的关联序。结果表明,与中国网络零售市场交易规模关联度最高的前三个关联因子分别为中国移动电子商务用户规模、互联网宽带接入用户和中国B2C,C2C电子商务企业数量。同时也进一步启示,还需深入做好网上交易支付安全、隐私保密等基础性工作,才能保证移动电子商务用户规模对网络零售市场交易规模的影响力度。
Based on the gray system theory, this paper analyzes the ten major factors influencing the scale of China’s online retail market by gray relational analysis, and gives the related order of influencing factors of transaction size of China’s online retail market from the quantitative point of view. The results show that the first three correlation factors that have the highest correlation with the scale of China’s online retail market are the size of China’s mobile e-commerce users, the number of Internet broadband access users and the number of B2C and C2C e-commerce enterprises in China. At the same time, it is further revealed that the basic work of payment security, privacy and confidentiality on online transactions needs to be thoroughly conducted in order to ensure that the scale of mobile e-commerce users exerts influence on the scale of online retail market transactions.
