采用大型有限元软件ABAQUS,研究了河南省登封市磴槽煤矿十平巷在上下覆煤层采动影响下围岩稳定性问题,分别建立了不同条件下的数值计算模型,对深井上下覆开采软岩巷道的围岩稳定性进行了较为全面地、系统地数值模拟研究,并根据工程特点和现代支护技术,提出了初次锚喷和二次锚注相结合的联合支护技术方案,通过分析模拟结果,并结合现场长期监测巷道围岩收敛结果,得到了巷道开挖和上下覆煤层开采后的应力变化规律、塑性区范围的扩展规律以及支护前后的位移场的变化规律。
The large-scale finite element software ABAQUS was used to study the stability of surrounding rock under the influence of upper and lower coal seam mining in Shibao coal mine of Dengfeng city, Henan province. The numerical calculation models under different conditions were established respectively. The stability of surrounding rock in soft rock roadway is comprehensively and systematically studied numerically. According to engineering characteristics and modern support technology, a combined support technology scheme of primary anchor spray and secondary anchor injection is proposed. Based on the analysis of simulation results and the long-term monitoring of surrounding rock mass convergence in the field, the law of stress change, the extension of plastic zone and the variation of displacement field before and after excavation are obtained.
