为将不锈钢筋应用于沿海桥梁,提高其耐久性,试制了3种不锈钢筋产品,对不锈钢筋及普通钢筋进行了拉伸、弯曲对比试验,试验表明不锈钢筋不仅有优异的耐腐蚀性能,其力学、工艺性能也满足混凝土结构使用的要求;开展了不锈钢筋焊接工艺试验,焊缝金相分析、晶间腐蚀、冲击、拉伸、弯曲等试验表明,不锈钢筋焊接接头未出现明显恶化,具有很好的可焊接性;设计了不锈钢筋螺纹连接丝头及连接套筒,接头拉压、疲劳性能等均能满足螺纹连接规程要求。
