本文首先应用弹性力学理论,对封隔器坐封前后影响油管柱轴向变形的主要因素如油管自重、温度效应、浮力和横向效应等做了详细分析,得出油管总轴向变形量的计算公式。实例表明,封隔器坐封前油管柱的总轴向变形量与油管柱长度的平方成正比,其比例系数与油管的线密度、内外径、弹性模量、泊松比、热膨胀系数、压井液密度和地温梯度有关。对于压裂施工中由于鼓胀效应、螺旋弯曲效应以及压裂液的冷却作用导致油管柱的轴向应变也进行计算,并针对不同类型的封隔器管柱的影响程度进行了论证。
In this paper, the elastic mechanics theory is applied firstly to analyze in detail the main factors that affect the axial deformation of the tubing string before and after the packer setting, such as self-weight of tubing, temperature effect, buoyancy and lateral effect, and the calculation of total axial deformation of tubing formula. The experimental results show that the total axial deformation of the tubing string before setting is proportional to the square of the length of the tubing string. The proportional coefficient is related to the linear density, internal and external diameter, elastic modulus, Poisson’s ratio, thermal expansion coefficient, Well fluid density and temperature gradient related. For the fracturing construction, the axial strain of the tubing string is also calculated due to the bulging effect, the helical bending effect and the cooling effect of the fracturing fluid, and the influence degree of the different types of packer strings is demonstrated.
