目的:研究玉足海参酸性粘多糖的抗血栓形成作用。方法:以60mg/d和120mg/d两个剂量组观察正常中老年组、脑栓塞恢复期组和缺血性心脏病组患者服用该药物前后的变化。结果:该药除有抗凝、降低血液粘度的作用外,尚有促进脂肪代谢的作用,未见明显的副作用。结论:该药物是个很有前途的抗栓药物。
Objective: To study the anti-thrombosis effect of acid mucopolysaccharides in the root of sea cucumber. METHODS: Changes in the doses of 60 mg/d and 120 mg/d in the normal middle-aged, cerebral embolism recovery and ischemic heart disease groups were observed. Results: In addition to anticoagulation and blood viscosity reduction, the drug had the effect of promoting fat metabolism without obvious side effects. Conclusion: The drug is a promising antithrombotic drug.
