目的探讨高中生自尊水平状况及其影响因素。方法采用整群抽样方法,抽取北京市东城区高中生1118名。用总体自尊量表、幸福感量表、中学生心理健康诊断测验调查被试的自尊水平及其心理健康状况。结果高中生总体平均自尊水平指数为19.42±4.66。自尊量表总分与主观幸福感呈中度负相关,自尊水平与中学生心理健康诊断测验的总分及其8个分量表均呈正相关,对高中生的自尊水平及其他因素在α=0.05水平上进行多元逐步回归分析,学习能力、同学关系、学习成绩、自我期望和学习压力5个因素进入回归方程。结论做好心理健康教育工作,有利于提高他们的自尊水平。
Objective To explore the status of senior high school students’ self-esteem and its influencing factors. Methods Using cluster sampling method, 1118 high school students in Dongcheng District of Beijing were sampled. The level of self-esteem and mental health status of the subjects were investigated with the overall self-esteem scale, the well-being scale and the middle school students’ mental health diagnostic test. Results The average level of self-esteem of high school students was 19.42 ± 4.66. There was a moderate negative correlation between total self-esteem scale and subjective well-being. Self-esteem level was positively correlated with the total scores of middle school students’ mental health diagnostic tests and their 8 subscales. The levels of self-esteem and other factors of high school students were positively correlated with α = 0.05 On the multi-step regression analysis, learning ability, student relationships, academic performance, self-expectations and learning pressure into the regression equation 5 factors. Conclusion Good psychological health education, help to improve their self-esteem level.
