近年来随着我国供电企业电网的不断发展和创新,对供电公司的财务管理也带来了很多的挑战。财务管理是供电企业的管理的重点对象,财务在一定程度上支撑着供电公司电网建设工作的开展。县级供电公司由于受到经济发展水平和地理位置、人口分布等多方面的影响,在财务管理中大多实行分权化的管理模式,但这在很大程度上已不能适用于新时代背景下的供电公司。本文对县级供电公司实行集约化财务管理的意义及具体措施进行探讨,以促进县级供电公司更好更快地发展。
In recent years, with the constant development and innovation of the power supply network in our country, many challenges have also been posed to the financial management of power supply companies. Financial management is the focus of the management of power supply enterprises, finance to a certain extent, support the power company’s power grid construction work. County-level power supply companies are mostly decentralized in their financial management due to the impact of economic development, geographical location and population distribution, but this can not be applied to a large extent to the current situation in the new era Power company. This paper discusses the significance and concrete measures of county-level power supply company to implement intensive financial management in order to promote better and faster development of county-level power supply companies.
