基于轴流压气机逐级过失速特性,建立了一个能够显示压缩系统喘振和旋转失速等过失速行为的一维非定常逐级模拟技术,发展了分析轴流压缩系统过失速响应的动态滞后方法。并将该模型应用于国内某型号的高转速、双转子压缩系统的过失速行为的分析,讨论了时间滞止常数、燃烧室对压缩系统失速行为的影响,得到了合理的定性结果。
A one-dimensional unsteady step-by-step simulation technique that can show the stalling behavior of the compression system such as surge and rotation stalling is established based on the step-by-step over-stall characteristics of the axial-flow compressor. The dynamic lag analysis of over-stalling response of the axial compression system is developed method. The model is applied to the analysis of the stalling behavior of a certain type of high speed and twin rotor compression system in China. The effects of the time constant and the combustion chamber on the stalling behavior of the compression system are discussed. The reasonable qualitative results are obtained.
