In this paper, we study under what conditions the minimum entropy deconvolution can be used for seismic recording.First, we discuss the properties of Normalied Norm [see formulas (1) and (2)], and then , We studied single-channel and multi-channel minimum entropy deconvolution. For single-channel minimum entropy deconvolution, we show that using a sufficiently long factor will result in the output of a spike, and so in our study of single-channel seismograms When using minimum entropy deconvolution, we point out that the conditions proposed in [3] must be satisfied. For multichannel deconvolution, we show that the multipath reflection coefficient must be the minimal reflection coefficient set (see definition in the text 3).
