班组是供电企业最基层的组织,是企业生产经营的基础环节,电力产品的安全性、可靠性、线损率、电费回收率和成本控制等各项技术经济指标都是通过班组去完成,通过每一位职工的辛勤工作去实现。因此,班组管理的好坏,直接影响企业的管理水平,直接关系到企业的整体效益,对企业管理起着举足轻重的作用。笔者以承德供电公司变电管理处生产班组的创新管理为例,就如何最大限度地发挥班组的作用,确保安全、优质、可靠供电,提出一些观点和建议。
Team is the most basic organization of power supply enterprises and the basic link of production and operation of enterprises. The technical and economic indicators of power product safety, reliability, line loss rate, electricity recovery rate and cost control are all accomplished through the team, Every employee’s hard work to achieve. Therefore, the team management is good or bad, a direct impact on the management of enterprises directly related to the overall effectiveness of enterprises, plays an important role in business management. The author takes the innovation management of production team of substation management office of Chengde Power Supply Company as an example, and puts forward some opinions and suggestions on how to give full play to the role of team and ensure the safety, high quality and reliable power supply.
