室内毒力测定和田间药效试验证明,西维因对抗性棉蚜和棉铃虫有较好防效。其对棉铃虫的LD50为1.7502μg/头,较对照药剂甲胺磷、马拉硫磷和氯氰菊酯的毒力弱;对棉蚜的LD50为0.3094μg/头,较对照药剂的毒力强。田间防治棉蚜及在陕西、河北两地对棉铃虫的药效均在60%以上,同对照药剂的药效相当。西维因对小菜蛾(深圳种群)的LC50为465.0573mg/L,较对照药剂毒力强,田间防治菜青虫第1~7天的防效在82.7%以上,与对照药剂无明显差异
Laboratory tests on indoor virulence and field efficacy showed that XIV was effective against cotton aphid and cotton bollworm. Its LD50 against Helicoverpa armigera was 1.7502μg / head, which was lower than that of the control agents methamidophos, malathion and cypermethrin.
