本实验用腺岛素放射免疫法研究硼对胰岛的毒作用。其结果表明,兔连续每天服硼(30mg/kg)96天后,进行葡萄糖耐量试验测定血糖和血中胰岛素含量的变化,观察到服硼组比对照组血糖各测定值降低,血浆胰岛素各测定值增高,出现分泌曲线偏离现象。它提示了硼对胰岛β细胞的毒作用,使血中胰岛素含量增加,导致血糖降低。胰岛可能是硼毒作用较灵敏的靶器官。本文还为制订军队战时短期饮用水硼含量标准提供参考。
In this study, adenovirus radioimmunoassay study of boron on the toxic effects of pancreatic islets. Pancreatic islet may be more sensitive target organ of boron toxicity. This article also provides a reference for formulating the standard of boron content in wartime short-term drinking water.
