从创意产业贸易发展的角度,借助LINCTAD的分类方法和统计数据,运用系列指标对日本2003—2012年创意产业贸易结构和竞争力的演变过程进行了分析。研究结果表明,日本创意产品相对于创意服务的出口占据优势,总体创意产业以产业内贸易为主,东亚地区在日本创意产业贸易地理当中占据日益重要的地位。创意产业在日本总体贸易体系中并不占明显优势,近10年来日本创意产业出口的国际市场份额不断萎缩和国际竞争力不断下降是其必须面对的重要问题。积极推进创新,摆脱文化民族主义的消极影响,注重与世界其他国家文化的双向交流,积极营造和平发展所需要的国际文化环境,是日本创意产业贸易突破瓶颈,提升贸易竞争力的最优路径选择。
From the point of view of the development of the creative industries trade, with the help of the classification method and statistics of LINCTAD, the article analyzes the evolution process of the trade structure and competitiveness of creative industries in Japan from 2003 to 2012 by using a series of indicators. The results show that the export of Japanese creative products relative to creative services is dominant. The overall creative industries are dominated by intra-industry trade, and East Asia occupies an increasingly important position in Japan’s creative industries trade geography. The creative industries do not account for obvious advantages in Japan’s overall trading system. The declining share of Japan’s creative industries in the international market and the declining international competitiveness in the past 10 years are important issues that Japan must face. Actively promote innovation, get rid of the negative impact of cultural nationalism, pay attention to the two-way exchange with other countries in the world culture, and actively create the international cultural environment needed for peace and development, Japan’s creative industries trade breakthrough bottleneck and enhance the competitiveness of trade the optimal path choice .
