“老师,他把我的笔丢地上。”“老师,李小伟又把玩具带班上来了。”“呜呜呜,老师,邹豪用门磕到我的头了。”……课间,小学教师的办公室里,告状的学生络绎不绝,有时令人不胜其烦。他们有些是委屈的倾诉,有些是检举他人的违规,有些还可能是“恶人先告状”……教育心理学告诉我们:几十名年龄相仿的学生相处在一起,由于性格、志趣、气质各不相同,产生矛盾冲突是必然的,而这些矛盾绝大多数是非原则性的,学生是能够自行化解的。如何巧妙合理地解决学生间的矛盾,这就要看教师的明辨、裁断的应变智略了。
