本文根据当前企业人力资源管理的相关问题,以激励制度为切入点,对人力资源管理策略进行了研究。本次研究主要分为两个部分,首先介绍了企业人力资源管理中激励制度存在的问题,之后简单介绍了激励制度建设对于企业人力资源管理的积极影响,最后对企业如何开展激励进行了研究。从本次研究可知,注重个体差异是激励制度建设必须要关注的问题,除此之外,还需要不断的丰富激励手段,这样才能保证激励制度能够发挥预期效果。
In this paper, based on the current problems of human resource management in enterprises, taking the incentive system as the starting point, this paper studies the human resource management strategies. This study is divided into two parts. Firstly, it introduces the problems existing in the incentive system of human resource management in enterprises. Then, it briefly introduces the positive influence of incentive system on the human resource management of enterprises. Finally, it studies the how to encourage the enterprises. It can be seen from this study that paying attention to individual differences is a problem that must be paid attention to in building the incentive system. In addition, we need to continuously enrich the incentive measures so as to ensure that the incentive system can achieve the expected results.
