本文在确定研究对象、明确研究方法的基础上,阐析了青少年男子篮球运动力量训练的基本原则:全面发展、共同作用、系统训练以及阶段性四个原则;注重青少年一般力量训练、专门力量训练、专项力量训练、最大力量训练、快速力量训练的训练发展过程,在训练过程中注重把握力量训练的心理控制;接着,文章给出了青少年男子篮球在力量训练中存在的一些问题,并针对这些问题给出相应的解决对策。
