一、集体教学形式。指教师或学生以讲述、演示、表演等形式向一定规模的学生组织传授教学内容。集体教学有利于教师发挥主导作用,节约人力、物力。由于讲授的内容一样,因此学生彼此之间在学习上、思想上遇到困难和问题时,有利于讨论,相互促进,共同提高。但这种形式不能顾及学生中客观存在的知识能力差别,只强调所有学生要在同一时间按照同一教学进度去学习同一内容。仅靠集体教学形式不利于教学目标的实现,更不能发展学生的个性和独创性。二、个别化学习形式。指适应个人需要的学习,学生可以自定途径和时间达到学习目标。个别化学习有许多优点:学生积极参与,具有学习的责任感;由于用新颖的教学方法来处理教学内容,学生有学习的积极性;学
First, the collective teaching form. Refers to teachers or students teaching teaching content to students of a certain size in the form of presentations, demonstrations, and performances.
