青霉素本身分子小,系单价抗原,不具抗原性。但商品青霉素中高分子杂质却具很强的致敏性。直至今日,商品青霉素所含杂质中哪些与青霉素过敏休克有关仍是争论问题。为了进一步研究青霉素噻唑蛋白与青霉素过敏休克之间的关系,我们采用青霉噻唑蛋白与商品青霉素致敏大鼠,用青霉噻唑蛋白与商品青霉素G作抗原攻击,观察过敏休克的发生,大鼠被动皮肤致敏试验以及肥大细胞被动致敏释放过敏介质等,希望对青霉素过敏休克机制有进一步了解,本文报告所得初步结果。

This paper reports the preliminary results obtained.
