为了比较静力学方法测量锯材弹性模量和泊松比结果的一致性,采用机械拉伸法和四点弯曲法,分别实测了I69/55意杨试件的弹性模量与泊松比值;并进行了异常值剔除,均值、标准差、变异系数与相关系数等误差分析、正态分布分析和测试方法的相关性比较;同时用ANSYS模拟分析了加载测试系统的可靠性。结果表明,机械拉伸法和四点弯曲法实测的弹性模量值与泊松比值符合规范值要求;拉伸法得到的弹性模量值高出四点弯曲法12%,两种测量法得到的弹性模量值的相关系数为0.97;拉伸法和四点弯曲法得到的泊松比值为0.99。结论得知,机械拉伸法和四点弯曲法测量杨木锯材试件的弹性模量与泊松比值的结果具有一致性;用ANSYS对本测试系统进行模拟计算,说明本试验的施力方式合理、科学,其应变的可靠性好。
In order to compare the consistency of the modulus of elasticity and the Poisson’s ratio of the lumber by statistic method, the elastic modulus and the Poisson’s ratio of I69 / 55 YY were measured respectively by mechanical drawing method and four-point bending method. The outliers, mean, standard deviation, coefficient of variation and correlation coefficient error analysis, normal distribution analysis and test methods were compared. At the same time, the reliability of loading test system was analyzed by ANSYS. The results show that the elastic modulus values and Poisson’s ratios measured by mechanical stretch method and four-point bending method meet the specification requirements; the elastic modulus values obtained by the stretching method are 12% higher than the four-point bending method, and the two measurement methods The correlation coefficient of the elastic modulus was 0.97. The Poisson’s ratio obtained by the stretching method and the four-point bending method was 0.99. Conclusion It is found that the mechanical tensile method and the four-point bending method are used to measure the elastic modulus of poplar wood specimen and the Poisson’s ratio. The results of the test system are simulated by ANSYS, Reasonable, scientific, and its reliability is good.
