采用离体研究方法 ,以齐口裂腹鱼 (schizothoraxprenanti)肠道、肝胰脏的粗酶液为酶源 ,测定了其对鱼粉、肉骨粉、羽毛粉、豆粕、菜粕、棉粕、玉米、次粉、酵母粉膨化前后粗蛋白质的离体消化率。试验结果表明 :齐口裂腹鱼肠道对同一饲料粗蛋白质的离体消化率高于肝胰脏 ;膨化对饲料粗蛋白质的离体消化率有影响 ;不同饲料间粗蛋白质的消化率亦有差异 In vitro study was carried out to determine the effects of different concentrations of fish meal, meat and bone meal, feather meal, soybean meal, rapeseed meal, cottonseed meal, corn meal on crude enzyme solution of schizothorax prenanti intestinal and hepatopancreas , Sub-flour, yeast digestion before and after the crude protein digestibility.
