电磁脉冲回火炉,可用于高速钢、轴承铜、弹簧钢等各种钢的回火工艺、等温淬火工艺及化学热处理等。钢在电磁脉冲回火炉中回火,时间可缩短50%,机械性能明显增高,并可取消精密零件、油泵油嘴偶件等的冷处理工艺。具体试验参数:脉冲磁场强度为20~100kA/m。高速钢经脉冲磁场回火后,其工艺由常规淬火+560℃×lh×3~4次,缩短为淬火+560℃×45min×2次。残余应力由197MPa,下降为66MPa。抗弯强度υ_(bb)、冲击韧性a_k值提高30%。残余奥氏体量为2%以下。
