目的通过对乌鲁木齐铁路局管内餐车3年的日常监督检查情况的分析,了解餐车的卫生状况,为今后加强餐车卫生监督工作提供依据。方法将2010年、2011年、2012年的4203份餐车卫生监督检查表分别按照年度及始发、终到、中途、途径类别进行统计分析。结果 2010年、2011年、2012年餐车卫生合格率之间比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.57,p>0.05);3年的始发、终到、中途、途径餐车卫生合格率之间比较有统计学意义(χ2=45.20,p<0.01)。结论 3年来的餐车卫生合格率呈逐年递增,始发、终到卫生合格率较高,中途、途径餐车卫生合格率较低。
OBJECTIVE Through the analysis of daily supervision and inspection of the dining car in Urumqi Railway Bureau for three years, we can understand the hygienic condition of the dining car and provide the basis for strengthening the supervision of the car. Methods A total of 4,203 car food hygiene supervision and inspection tables in 2010, 2011 and 2012 were respectively analyzed according to the year, origin, end, midway and route categories. Results There was no significant difference between the passing rates of food trucks in 2010, 2011 and 2012 (χ2 = 1.57, p> 0.05). The passing rates of the first three meals were higher There was statistical significance (χ2 = 45.20, p <0.01). Conclusion The passing rate of food hygiene carcasses in three years has been increasing year by year.
