随着水泥的广泛应用,接触水泥的作业人员也随之增多,水泥尘肺合并肺癌的病例曾有过报道,已有资料证实粉尘有辅癌作用,能增强致癌因素。但水泥厂作业环境中的粉尘和噪声对接触人群是否有细胞遗传学损伤却报道甚少。为探讨这一问题,我们对某水泥厂作业工人外周血淋巴细胞微核进行了医学检测和统计分析,现报告如下:
With the wide application of cement, the number of workers contacting with cement also increases. Cases of cement pneumoconiosis and lung cancer have been reported. There are data confirming that dust has a role as a colorectal cancer promoter and can enhance carcinogenic factors. However, little is known about the cytogenetic damage caused by dust and noise in the working environment of cement factories. To explore this issue, we conducted a medical test and statistical analysis on peripheral blood lymphocyte micronucleus in a cement factory worker. The report is as follows:
