在孔孟对“德性”的内涵进行了系统的认识与发展之后,儒家建立了一种以人性“善”为基础,以具有丰富“仁”德性内涵为核心,通过道德主体(人)的道德践履过程,将作为内在于心的道德精神形态的“德性”品格外化为现实德行的德性伦理体系。同时,在“天理良心”主体性价值尺度的规范下,“修齐治平”最终成为人们德性修为的终极目标。当前,研究儒家德性伦理普及教化的合理内核,特别是其形式要素方面的有效经验,是探索适应当代社会伦理关系和道德运行机制的必然话题,也可为和谐社会建设与个体生命发展提供理论依据和正确的路向。
