本文报道腹泻高峰季节(6～9月)中3岁以下婴幼儿腹泻病例和疑似胎儿弯曲菌空肠亚种肠炎中,胎儿弯曲菌空肠亚种的分离率分别为13.08%和14.89%。48例弯曲菌肠炎病例中同时分离到痢疾杆菌的占35.41%。托儿所内3岁以下正常婴幼儿中弯曲菌空肠亚种带菌率为0.99%。电镜观察人和鸭群中分离到的这种亚种与阳性对照组一样,具有两端鞭毛.
The isolation rates of Campylobacter fetus and jejunum subsp. Subtypes were 13.08% and 14.89% respectively in the cases of diarrhea in infants under 3 years of age and in the jejunum of enterococcal jejuni of Campylobacter jejuni during the peak season of diarrhea (June-September). Among 48 cases of Campylobacter enteritis, 35.41% were isolated from Shigella flexneri at the same time. The prevalence of Campylobacter jejuni subspecies in children under 3 years old in nurseries was 0.99%. Electron Microscopy This subspecies, isolated from humans and ducks, has flagella on either side as the positive control.
