目的:了解区属医院药学人员配备基本情况。方法:对西城区12家医院进行现场调研,调查项目包括药学人员年龄、学历、积极结构等内容,对获得的信息进行统计,结合法规和工作实际进行评价并提出建议。结果:北京市西城区区属12家医院共有药学人员385人,占卫生技术人员的7.56%,其中,年龄40岁以下的占67.02%,本科和专科学历占83.11%,初(师)、中级职称占84.93%;规范化培训人员占3.38%,临床药师占4.68%。结论:区级医院药学人员配备与国家相关要求存在差距,应进一步优化药学人才结构,提升学历层次,加强规范化培训和临床药师培养工作,以提高药学人员职业胜任力。
Objective: To understand the basic situation of pharmacy staff in district hospitals. Methods: Field research was conducted in 12 hospitals in Xicheng District. The survey items included the age, educational level and active structure of the pharmacy staff. Statistics were made on the obtained information, and evaluation was made based on laws, regulations and work practices and suggestions were made. Results: There were 385 pharmacy staff in 12 hospitals in Xicheng District of Beijing, accounting for 7.56% of health technicians, of which 67.02% were below 40 years of age, 83.11% were undergraduate and junior college degree, and junior (teacher) and intermediate grade Accounting for 84.93%; standardized training staff accounted for 3.38%, clinical pharmacists accounted for 4.68%. Conclusion: There is a gap between the pharmacy staffing in the district hospitals and the relevant national requirements. The pharmacy talent structure should be further optimized, the education level should be further improved, and standardized training and training of clinical pharmacists should be strengthened in order to improve the occupational competence of pharmacy staff.
