1990年麻省理工学院斯隆管理学院彼得·圣吉出版了《第五项修炼——学习型组织的艺术与实务》一书,在全球范围内掀起了组织学习和创建学习型组织的热潮。所谓学习型组织,是指通过培养弥漫于整个组织的学习气氛、充分发挥员工的创造性思维能力而建立起来的一种有机的、高度柔性的、扁平的、符合人性的、能持续发展的组织。这种组织具有持续学习的能力,具有高于个人绩效总和的综合绩效。物业管理作为新兴的服务行业,正处在高速发展阶段,各企业由模仿到创新,逐步形成自己独有的竞争优势。可以说,哪个企业的组织学习能力强,基本决定了他是否可以领先一步占领市场制高点。因此,物业管理企业必须要努力建设成一个学习型组织。
