煤矸石分选是煤矿生产中的重要环节。提出一种基于图像处理的煤矸石分选方法。利用搭建的图像采集系统采集煤块和矸石图像,对采集的图像进行图像剪切、图像平滑等预处理操作,计算图像灰度直方图,从中提取灰度均值和标准差指标,为分选机构提供判断依据。研究表明,煤块灰度均值明显小于矸石灰度均值,灰度均值指标能有效地识别出煤块和矸石,可代替人眼用于块煤预排矸过程。
Coal gangue sorting is an important part of coal production. A gangue sorting method based on image processing is proposed. The image collection system was used to collect the image of coal block and waste rock. The collected images were preprocessed by image cutout and image smoothing. The gray histogram of the image was calculated. The gray mean value and standard deviation index were extracted for the sorting mechanism Provide a basis for judgment. The research shows that the average gray value of coal block is obviously smaller than the gray mean value of waste rock, and the gray mean index can effectively identify the coal block and waste rock.
