目的对某医院急诊、儿科退药处方进行分析,了解退药现状,分析产生退药的原因,提出整改建议以减少退药发生,促进合理用药。方法对该医院2011年第一季度的退药处方内容进行统计分析。结果患者退药的原因有药品的不良反应、药师的主动干预、医师原因、病情变化、收费错误等。结论医师、药师应掌握与患者沟通的方法,提高患者的依从性,减少不必要的处方退药,保证用药安全。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the prescriptions of emergency and pediatric retreat in a hospital to understand the status quo of withdrawal, analyze the causes of withdrawal, propose suggestions for rectification to reduce the occurrence of withdrawal and promote the rational use of medicine. Methods The hospital in the first quarter of 2011 withdrawal prescription content statistical analysis. The results of patients with drug withdrawal due to adverse drug reactions, pharmacists take the initiative, the doctor’s reasons, the condition changes, charging errors. Conclusion Physicians and pharmacists should master the methods of communicating with patients, improve patient compliance, reduce unnecessary prescription withdrawal and ensure medication safety.
