近年来,我国国防工业企业在制度创新上做了大量艰苦的探索性工作,积累了一些有益的经验,但同时也存在不少问题。为使试点工作不断深化和完善,必须进一步明晰产权,推进企业投资主体多元化;规范公司的法人治理结构;建立选拔、任用经营者的新机制;学习现代企业管理方法,推进科学管理;营造有利于现代企业制度试点的良好环境。
In recent years, China’s defense industry enterprises have done a great deal of exploratory work on system innovation and accumulated some useful experiences. However, there are still many problems at the same time. In order to deepen and perfect the pilot work, we must further clarify property rights, promote the diversification of corporate investment entities, standardize the corporate governance structure, establish a new mechanism for selecting and appointing managers, learn the methods of modern enterprise management, and promote scientific management. Conducive to a good environment for the pilot of modern enterprise system.
