近年来,快速发展的数控加工技术促进了数控刀具结构基础科研和新产品的研发。数控机床所用的刀具有许多性能上的要求,只有达到这些要求才能使数控机床的效率真正发挥出来。数控加工所用的刀具不仅要求精度高、刚度好、耐用度高,而且要求尺寸稳定、安装调整方便,道具的材料也极大的影响着切削性能。所以数控机床的刀具需正确合理地选用。
