摔跤运动是我国民间传统的运动方法之一,摔跤可以锻炼人身体的灵活性、柔韧性和反应速度。青少年从事这项运动,一方面可以锻炼身体、强健体魄,另一方面可以培养青少年艰苦奋斗、吃苦耐劳的精神。这项运动的从事能够丰富青少年的课余生活,在学习之余进行运动,可谓是学习与运动有机结合在一起,对青少年身心健康的发展有很大的促进作用,也可以为学校培养出更多的德智体美全面发展的新生代主力军,为建设我们的祖国作出应有的贡献。
