喉乳头状瘤(LP)是儿童喉部最常见的增生性疾病。生长快、有高度复发倾向。目前所采用的各种疗法,包括药物、手术以及物理疗法,均不十分凑效。LP的病因可能系DNA病毒所致无环鸟苷(acyclovir)能抑制DNA病毒的复制,杀伤或抑制病毒的生长,对DNA病毒所引起的疾病确有疗效。据此,对3例青少年喉乳头状瘤患者在显微喉镜下咬除肿瘤后用无环鸟苷进行治疗。2男1女,5~11岁,症状计有进行性发音困难3例,夜间呼吸困难1例,干咳无痰2例。间接喉镜见声门区乳头状赘生肿块,累及单侧声带者1例,双侧声带及前、后联合者2例,蔓延至声门下区者1例。X胸片、喉气管及胸部CT扫描检查,除喉部肿块表现
Laryngeal papilloma (LP) is the most common proliferative disease in children’s throat. Fast growth, high recurrence tendency. The various treatments currently used, including medicine, surgery and physical therapy, are not very effective. The cause of LP may be that acyclovir caused by DNA viruses can inhibit the replication of DNA viruses, kill or inhibit the growth of viruses, and it is effective in treating diseases caused by DNA viruses. Accordingly, 3 cases of juvenile laryngeal papilloma patients were treated with acyclovir after being bitten by a laryngoscope. 2 males and 1 female, 5 to 11 years old, the symptoms include progressive dyspnea in 3 cases, nighttime dyspnea in 1 case, and dry cough in 2 cases. Indirect laryngoscopy saw a glottic axillary mass in the glottis region, 1 case involving unilateral vocal cords, 2 cases of bilateral vocal cords, and 2 cases of anterior and posterior commissures, and 1 case of spread to subglottic regions.
